📦 Returns Eligibility:
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
The item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The item is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Custom-built robots or personalized kits are not eligible unless defective.

Damaged items due to user error or improper use
Custom orders or assembled robots made on request
💸 Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
🔁 Replacements:
Faulty or damaged products (received damaged or non-functional) will be replaced at no additional cost.
You must share an unboxing video as proof in case of damage claims.
🚚 Return Shipping:
